Barbara Tulipanes goals for the new year mirror most other trade group leaders: Increase revenue. Drive membership. Engage policymakers on key legislation. But Tulipane, who runs the 17-year-old Electronic Retailing Association, is adding a new goal to this years agenda - find balance and harmony in the CEO role.
